MEMSA needs a well-functioning office to do its work sustainably, and the Board, Project Manager and Admin Assistant have been working hard in the past months at setting such systems in place. This website, an ICT-equipped office, and Pastel accounting system are some of the products. MEMSA’s in-house bookkeeping will be supported by Barakabora Consulting in the production of managements accounts, financial statements and tax submissions.

Procurement systems have been put in place, and we are upgrading to an online banking system with increased functionality.

It is all a work in progress, and has (predictably) taken considerable time and effort, but as our programmes develop into implementation, they will now be supported by the necessary infrastructure.
