Matimba holds more than 25 years’ experience in a range of sectors from mining, chemicals, automotive and mining & construction equipment OEMs, and has led teams in positions of increasing responsibility across functions, including Executive for Manufacturing, Executive for Mining, Business Development, Sales & Marketing and CEO of Barloworld Equipment RSA.

In addition to the above experience, he has worked and travelled across Southern Africa, Europe, Australia and the USA, where he has developed an broad network within the mining industry. A well-rounded leader with a great track record for success in leading teams to great achievements.
