Ulrich Kienle, Director at Hydro Power Equipment who returns to the MEMSA Board.

A Director and shareholder at HPE with more than 35 years professional experience in the mining, power & engineering industries. Multilingual, Ulrich has worked extensively internationally having lived in Asia, Africa, Europe & Latin America. His roles have included growing African continental  business footprint, restructuring and a return to profitability, notable was the Latin America business turnaround and delivery of the highest company growth rates and Peak Award 2011, territory growth and new product expansions. Ulrich received the Innovation Award: Design & Marketing of Water Powered Rockdrill and was responsible for the design, build & operating of a new lean manufacturing plant, the turnaround of European rotating equipment aftermarket business including service centres, spares, performance contracts & tech upgrades. Ulrich is also past MEMSA Vice-chair and founder member.
