Purpose
Temporary participation as per Regular Member, used by a company which meets most of MEMSA’s criteria, allowing time to become fully eligible (2 years)

Criteria as for Regular Members, with one or two criteria not met. A year is granted to become compliant in these areas, or begin manufacturing products for mining

Industry Partner
Purpose
Formal recognition of relationship with a private sector entity.
A customised MOU may be in place, otherwise a simple, standardised Industry Partner MOU may be signed
Criteria

Companies who provide services to MEMSA members, ie banking, finance, insurance, legal services, logistics & skills development
Benefits
-
Defined benefits in terms of information sharing, visibility on MEMSA's website, endorsement, access to selected events by invitation, and early and discounted access to sponsorship opportunities MEMSA and industry partners may from time to time collaborate on specific projects for mutual benefit. A partner-specific MOU may stipulate additional benefits.
Contribution

An annual contribution up to R5,000 (or “A contribution of up to R5,000 per annum”). Additional sponsorships may be entered into at the discretion of the Industry Partner. Partner-specific MOUs may also stipulate financial benefits to MEMSA such as administration fees, where MEMSA provides a service.
